There are four parts to the book
Part 1: Getting to know your needs. Understanding the changes and why it’s happening and how to deal with it can make the whole process a lot less frustrating.
Part 2: Eating for success. Learn the 4 nutritional pillars for success.
Part 3: Living for success: It’s not just about what you eat. But how well you manage stress, how you sleep and how you move.
Part 4. Recipes for success. Delicious recipes split up into easy weekday meals and then weekend meals. Day meals cooked with less than 10 ingredients and under 30 minutes. All nutritious and absolutely delicious. All recipes are nutritionally balanced containing hero ingredients that science shows are good additions.
